"Energy utilization system using organic residues as fuel" *Examples available*

Residue is not just something to be discarded! We will solve issues such as waste problems, disposal costs, fuel costs, energy conservation, and environmental considerations.

We propose a wide variety of thermal energy solutions tailored to your needs. We analyze the types and characteristics of residues to build an optimal system. *Residues: A general term for waste generated during the manufacturing and processing of food, etc.* ■ Generate heat and steam from residues! ⇒ Reduce energy costs ■ Turn waste into valuable resources! ⇒ Alleviate (eliminate) the burden of industrial waste disposal costs ■ Local production and consumption of energy! ⇒ Reduce fuel and electricity costs, lower environmental impact "Contributing to SDGs" "Reducing and controlling CO2 emissions" "Towards the realization of a zero-emission, zero-carbon, ideal decarbonized society" We provide reliable, easy-to-operate systems. Please feel free to consult with us first. 【Types of residues, quantities, and other concerns】 ■ For those struggling with beverage residues: green tea, black tea, oolong tea, coffee, barley tea, etc. ■ For those struggling with mushroom "spent substrate" residues: We will support you with planning and support for steam supply systems and binary power generation systems based on a biomass boiler manufacturer with extensive experience! ■ For those considering effective utilization of other organic residues *Case studies are currently being introduced in PDF format.* *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*

Urban Biomass Power Generation "Food Green Power Generation"

Urban biomass power generation system utilizing wastewater oils and fats from the food industry.

"Food Green Power Generation" is a system that produces a unique biomass fuel called "SMO" from wastewater fats, which have previously only been disposed of as industrial waste. It generates biomass power using diesel generators. This enables an energy loop in urban areas, such as generating electricity from wastewater fats produced by the Olympic Village and using that power to operate Olympic-related facilities. 【Features】 ■ Creation of new energy ■ CO2 reduction ■ Waste reduction & increased recycling rate ■ Water purification & management of piping and drainage ■ Independent power source during disasters *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Hot Air Turbine HLT-100 Compact

Biomass power generation system utilizing air heat and pressure.

Using wood as fuel Compared to oil and gas, wood fuel is CO2 neutral and helps mitigate the greenhouse effect. Generating energy from wood means producing heat within the CO2 neutral cycle found in nature. This cycle is based on the idea that only the CO2 absorbed by wood through photosynthesis is released during combustion. Small-scale CHP systems ORC systems and steam turbines have conditions related to their complexity and stringent monitoring, making it difficult to ensure profitability unless they are medium-sized systems with a thermal capacity of 2MW or more. In such large-capacity systems, there are often cases where thermal consumption is not sufficient throughout the year. The "HLT-100 COMPACT" hot air turbine, which falls within this low-output range, can utilize over 400kW of thermal consumption through power generation in a wood combustion system. A significant advantage compared to wood gasification systems is the potential to use a wide range of fresh chips with a moisture content of up to 55%.
